• @ShoebillFinance announced w.SBL’s TGE and token details. w.SBL will have a fixed supply of 200,000,000 with 0.5% distributed as airdrop and pre-mining rewards
• Users who hold Wemix Shoebill Points on Wemix Shoebill can exchange them for w.gSBL. w.gSBL is the escrowed version of w.SBL which can be gradually converted to w.SBL. Holders of w.gSBL have the option of an Early Exit, where 20% of their w.gSBL is instantly converted to w.SBL, while the remaining 80% is subject to a penalty. Half of this penalty will be redistributed to current w.gSBL holders, while the other half is allocated to the Auction Vault for sale at a discount
• w.gSBL holders are entitled to profit sharing generated from the reserve factor for the yield spread between asset supply and borrowing. Additionally, 50% of these profits will be used to buy back w.SBL in the market
