Berachain V2
• @berachain V2 is a major upgrade from V1, designed to improve blockchain performance and user experience as Berachain approaches mainnet launch
• Berachain V2 introduces BeaconKit, a new EVM-focused framework, allowing for better execution client diversity and separation of consensus and execution. This addresses the limitations of V1, such as execution bottlenecks and transaction handling inefficiencies. V2 makes Berachain EVM identical
• The core components of Berachain, like its tri-token model and PoL, remain unchanged, but V2 includes technical enhancements and an increase in the number of validators from 100 to a soft limit of 256. Also, validators now use $BERA tokens for their activation bonds instead of $BGT
• Additionally, Berachain V2 emphasizes modular liquidity, promoting collaboration across the ecosystem rather than isolating liquidity within individual apps. This approach also enhances security and scalability
Introducing DYAD
• @0xDYAD is a stablecoin protocol that addresses the issue of high collateral requirements needed for stability. The protocol allows users to mint a stablecoin - $DYAD, using collateral such as ETH, with a minimum collateral ratio as low as 100%
• Initially, users must deposit assets worth at least 150% of their minted $DYAD value to avoid liquidation. The unique aspect of DYAD is that the excess value of all collateral is tokenized, and users can use this token to help meet collateral requirements
• This means users always need at least one dollar of collateral per DYAD, but they can use the token to maintain the required 150% collateralization ratio
• DYAD’s utility token, $KEROSENE, has deterministic value and it allows users to mint $DYAD against the system's collateral surplus. By depositing $KEROSENE into their Notes, users can reduce their collateral ratio from the minimum of 150% to 100%, meaning each DYAD is backed by at least one dollar of collateral
• The more $KEROSENE a Note has, the less exogenous collateral it needs to mint $DYAD, allowing it to move further away from the 150% liquidation threshold
• To participate in the DYAD ecosystem, you need a specific NFT called a Note. A Note is required for depositing collateral, minting $DYAD, farming the protocol's native token, and earning yield. Notes are minted on a bonding curve, starting at 0.1 ETH, with each subsequent mint increasing by 0.001 ETH, with no cap on the price
• $KEROSENE can be earned by providing liquidity in USDC/DYAD pools on Uniswap, and only Note holders can farm it
Introducing Friendchain
• @friendtech is collaborating with @conduitxyz to introduce Friendchain
• Little info has been released on Friendchain so far but it would probably be a L2 or L3 that uses $FRIEND as its gas token
Rabby Points Season 2

• There will be 1 billion points in total and all addresses with at least $1 in balances and is active in 2024 will be eligible
Introducing Xai Vanguard
• @XAI_GAMES announced the launch of Season 2 along with the launch of Xai Vanguard
• Vanguard is only reserved for the most engaged Xai gamers. Additionally, Season 2 will allow players to play games on Xai, use dApps on Xai and earn rewards such as in-game assets
