Introducing GenLayer
• @GenLayerr has raised $7.5M to develop the "First Intelligent Blockchain," which aims to enhance smart contracts with AI capabilities
• Unlike traditional smart contracts, GenLayer's Intelligent Contracts can use AI models and process natural language to make complex decisions and interact with off-chain data
• The blockchain employs a unique validation method called Optimistic Democracy, using AI and a delegated Proof-of-Stake system
• GenLayer plans to launch a testnet by the end of the year
Mars v2 Live
• @mars_protocol v2 has launched on @Neutron_org, introducing a new credit and trading protocol with support for spot and margin trading
• Users can deposit assets to earn yield or use them as collateral for borrowing or shorting
• Upcoming features include leveraged yield farming, support for LP tokens, high-leverage strategies, and perps
• The new version replaces Mars v1, with both versions coexisting until all new features are fully integrated into Mars v2
Mantis x Picasso
• @mantis as a cross-chain execution platform will utilize @Picasso_Network's infrastructure, designed to simplify interactions across multiple blockchains like Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, and Polkadot
• Users submit simple intents (e.g., swapping tokens) through Mantis, which leverages Picasso's IBC Hub for execution
• Additionally, Mantis integrates with Picasso’s restaking layer. Mantis currently has a waitlist open for early access
Linea x Status
• @ethstatus announced that they have partnered with @LineaBuild to launch their own Layer 2 — Status Network
• Status Network will be the key piece in supporting the Status ecosystem providing the infrastructure for their suite of apps and services. With the launch of the L2 with Linea, they will be able to build a platform to support SocialFi and GameFi apps
• The Status team also hinted that they have ideas to include allocation of revenue from L2 operations to a native public funding pool directed by community governance, as well as eventually moving all funding decisions and allocations onchain
Introducing Gravity Chain
• @GravityChain announced Gravity Chain by @Galxe, a Layer 1 omni-chain smart contract platform aiming to enable cross-chain interaction seamlessly and full0chain abstraction
• Gravity is a PoS blockchain built using the Arbitrum Nitro stack. It will also support the $G token and allow for ative staking and restaking protocols including Babylon and EigenLayer
• The launch of the Alpha Mainnet will bring all of Galxe’s products — including Quest, Compass, Passport, and the Galxe Identity Protocol onto the Gravity Chain
